Wedowee resident dies in Cleburne County Car Accident

A 3 car accident in Cleburne County, Alabama has claimed the life of Jennie Steed, a Wedowee, Alabama (Randolph County) resident. The car wreck happened on U.S. 431 near the Cleburne County Calhoun County line. According to the Randolph Leader, the accident was the result of a driver who lost control of their car and went off the roadway and then over-corrected and struck Ms. Steed’s vehicle.
