The next episode of the Mo Show Live will air Wednesday, June 17th at 3:00 PM central time and will feature professional basketball player Josh Magette. The NBA G League All-Star will join Morris to discuss his drive and determination to succeed as a professional athlete.

After growing up in Birmingham, Josh honed his basketball skills on the court at Spain Park High School. His talent and hard work led him to play locally for the University of Alabama Huntsville in college.

At 6’1”, Josh isn’t the size of the average NBA basketball player. He got to where he is today due to his work ethic and tireless dedication to becoming a better player. In fact, you’ll find Josh at the gym most days.

His hard work landed him a spot in the NBA G League last year, where he was selected to join the G League All-Star team of top players. Not to mention, Josh signed a contract with the Orlando Magic and recently played for USA Basketball.

In this episode, Josh will share his journey from high school athlete to professional basketball player. We’ll discuss his career, the drive to become a professional player, and why determination is the key to success.
