Drunk Driving Car Accident Claims Life of Lauderdale County Resident

The car wreck happened on Highway 72 near Rogersville, Alabama. According to areport, James Thomas Campbell was tragically killed when his Chevrolet pickup truck was struck by a car being driven by Richard Ray Russell of Tuscumbia. Larree Campbell a passenger in James Campbell's truck was also injured in the wreck and taken to Huntsville Hospital. Richard Ray was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI).

2 Huntsville area Motorcycle Accidents Claim One Life and Injure Another

The first motorcycle wreck occurred at the intersection of U.S. 72 and Epworth Drive in Huntsville. James Travens of Huntsville was fatally injured in the crash. A Huntsville Times report indicates this was a single bike accident. The second motorcycle accident occurred at Macedonia and Hemphill roads in Toney. The driver, Robert Wendt, of Ardmore, Tennessee was seriously injured when he laid his bike down on the roadway to prevent colliding with another bike.

Multiple Cullman County Car Wrecks Claim 3 Lives

Three separate Cullman Co. Car Accidents during the October 22nd weekend resulted in three fatalities. According to a news report, the first wreck happened early Saturday morning on Alabama Highway 69 near Arab, AL. The driver, Joel Kent Cater, lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole. At this time, police are still investigating the cause of this single car accident crash. The second fatal crash happened just after 9 am on Saturday morning when, Timothy Paul Callahan lost control of his pickup truck on Alabama Highway 278 and struck a tree. There is no indication as to what caused this second single car accident.

Athens Alabama Drunk Driving Car Accident Injures Three

An alcohol related automobile accident in Athens (Limestone County) on US Hwy 72 was caused by a drunk driver who ran a red light and struck another car. Injured in the car wreck were a mother and her two children. M&B has been retained to represent the mother and her children in this preventable accident. The at fault driver was arrested at the scene and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Birmingham Truck Accident Kills Passenger in Truck

An early morning Birmingham, Alabama truck accident has tragically killed a passenger who was in the sleeper berth of the truck at the time of the wreck. According to reports, the 18-wheeler overturned as it was traveling on the ramp to U.S. Hwy 280 from the Red Mountain Express. The initial investigation indicates the tractor-trailer may have been traveling too fast to make the curve. The victim was identified as Maja Tomevska of Illinois.
