The first motorcycle wreck occurred at the intersection of U.S. 72 and Epworth Drive in Huntsville. James Travens of Huntsville was fatally injured in the crash. A Huntsville Times report indicates this was a single bike accident. The second motorcycle accident occurred at Macedonia and Hemphill roads in Toney. The driver, Robert Wendt, of Ardmore, Tennessee was seriously injured when he laid his bike down on the roadway to prevent colliding with another bike.
As Huntsville Alabama Motorcycle accident attorneys, we know that there is very little room for error when driving a motorcycle. An accident that would be only a “fender bender” in a car can result in serious injuries if a motorcycle is involved. For information on motorcycle safety visit the motorcycle safety foundation.
